The service

Parent Account Packet creates a PDF checklist and draft notification letters from the details you enter. You must confirm each institution’s current process and mailing address before sending a letter. The packet is information only, not legal or financial advice. Probate rules vary by state.

Payment and delivery

The listed price is $79 one-time. Stripe Checkout calculates any applicable tax and displays the total before payment. After a successful payment, the PDF is emailed and available through a download link for 30 days. No subscription is created.

Refunds

You can request a refund yourself within 30 days using your order ID and delivery email on the refund page. Payment processor timing governs when the credit appears.

Use

Enter only information you have authority to use. Do not enter a Social Security number, password or full account number. Complete signer and account fields in the printed PDF after download.
