Privacy policy

Last updated September 25, 2026. This is a test-mode service. Operator legal name, postal contact and final policy wording require counsel review before live sales.

What we collect

To create your packet, we collect your parent’s name, date of death, state and selected institutions, plus your delivery email. We collect ad referral fields such as gclid and UTM tags when present. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, passwords, full account numbers or signer details.

How it is used

We put the intake in payment metadata, generate your PDF when the test payment succeeds, and send the PDF to your email. Stripe processes checkout and billing address. Resend delivers the email. Paseo records funnel events. We use referral fields to measure advertising results.

Retention and sharing

We do not store generated PDFs in Blob. Download links expire 30 days after purchase. Stripe retains payment records under its own policies, including the intake metadata needed to recreate the packet. Resend may retain delivery records and email content under its policies. We do not sell your intake data.
